The Dutch Design Week (DDW) is one of the most influential design events in the world. During nine days, many designers present their work spread across many locations in Eindhoven.
Spread over approximately 100 locations throughout the city, DDW organizes and facilitates exhibitions, lectures, award ceremonies, networking events, debates and festivities.
During a visit to DDW you will see and experience the design of the future and the future of design. During the event, all conceivable disciplines and aspects of design are discussed, but the emphasis is always on experiment, innovation and collaboration.
In hall 3 an exhibition was set up about the GIO awards 2023. Obtaining a GIO award stands for having a good industrially designed product. See also our previous blog in which we proudly describe the receipt of a GIO award for our Le Lapin kettle. Our product looked great during this exhibition. And also nice: our Queen Maxima came to visit!:
