Register returns

Still not satisfied with the product? Of course we're sorry. You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Sign in
•    Complete the form shown below and register your return.

2. Packaging
•    Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box.

•    Download the return form here, print it out and fill it in.

•    Place the completed return form in the box
•    Attach the supplied return label (see return form) clearly visible on the box

4. Shipment
•    Hand the package over to your post office.
•    Get the proof of postage and keep it safe.

When do we pay back?
We will pay back all cost (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What do you get back?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original paid shipping and payment costs.

 

Where do I receive the refund? 
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Can't do this? Then we will contact you.

Return shipping costs 
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we reimburse these costs afterwards.
